Cladding all elevator fronts in stainless steel $19,995.00 (as per contract)

Plexiglass around pool equipment 1,000.00 (estimate)

Water- and weather-proof all railings 2,500.00 (estimate)

Paint stairwells, rust-proof and paint pipes
as recommended by the Maintenance Committee 885.00 (estimate)

$24,380.00

Less money in reserve account for elevators 3,500.00


Estimated special assessment $20,880.00



Special assessment of $20,880.00 divided by 24 units = $870.00 per unit
