Annual Yardsale

The Yardsale Committee has worked very hard to organize our 1st Annual Community Yardsale. Our original date was rained out, but we've rescheduled for 8/26 from 7 am until Noon. We've moved it to inside the neighborhood and we've scaled down some of the activities, but please come out and support the community! Proceeds are kept by the seller, but donations to the community are appreciated.

Join a Committee

Currently we have two committees up and running. They are: the Yardsale Committee and the Beautification Committee. If you have an idea for another community or if you're interested in volunteering for either of these committees, please contact Anita Young at 704-921-8619.

Yardsale Committee - Responsible for scheduling the annual community yardsale and obtaining necessary permits.

Beautification Committee - Responsible for planting flowers in common areas at each season change to enhance the beauty of the neighborhood.
