Some neighbors on Londonderry Road had their yard waste picked up yesterday. Just not by the city. The rain washed it down the hill! It looks like paper bags can't really take mulitple rains in a week. A couple of them have busted open spilling their contents in the road.
City needs to figure this problem out with lack of staff for trucks.
