Better hope that President Trump just doesn't extend his and the CDC's order on evictions a bit longer.   They already annouced months ago along with Governor Cooper of NC orders that forbid evictions through Dec. 2020 keeping landlords from obtaining rent when tentants can't pay.   Making landlords now wait until at least Jan. 2021 to start the eviction process.     

Must be nice to skip out on your rent for 10 months, plus utilities while you burn and loot in the cities streets!  

If you think about it when Cooper did that it was in a way buying votes.   He gave something most likely in return gave him a vote!
