It is illegal to blow your leaves into the street and not bag them! You clog the storm drains and cause all sorts of problems.
I know some neighborhoods have trucks come to vaccum them up. The don't do that in this area. If you put them out bag them preferrably in paper, use containers with no lids, or platic bags (NOT TIED). Placed out on the day prior to pickup.
