I noticed none of my neighbors had their YW picked up yesterday including my two small piles of limbs.
I called 311 this am to see if they were just delayed. They didn't seem to be aware of the issue.
It is more widespread South of Tyvola. Londonderry Road, Wensley Drive, Seacroft Road, Burnly all have YW out. So possibly the entire area.

Hi Marty, Thank you for your email and reaching out. I am sorry to report that we are delayed collecting yard waste this week. Last week’s storm has put us behind, as the amount of yard waste is very heavy, in addition to “leaf season.” We will have crews working tomorrow. I hope your area will be collected then, but if not it will be collected the first of next week.
