Donor Spotlight
Meet Brenna Johnson! Brenna has three cats and a dog who were adopted from various rescue organizations. She is the Vice Chair of HSC’s Young Affiliated Professionals (YAP) group and donates monthly as a member.
She supports HSC and became a YAP member because she wanted to join a group of people who help promote and educate the local community about the importance of adoption and spay/neuter. She has also fostered nearly 30 animals (with only one foster fail).

Staff Pick of the Month

Meet Duke, a 5-year-old mixed breed (teddy bear?!) pup!
This sweet boy is a ‘Have a Heart’ Medical Fund recipient because he is heartworm positive. Through this fund, the HSC is able to assist with fees for treatment at a reduced rate through partner vet clinics.
This easy-going pup will adjust beautifully in a variety of home settings. He's available for Foster-to-Adopt, so take him home for 7 days and see if he is a natural fit!
To learn more about Duke, please fill out the adoption questionnaire under his profile at www.petango.com/HSC
