This new rule went into effect last night after county commissioners voted in favor of requiring mask to be worn in Public Parks. This new rule only applies to Parks in Charlotte and Mathews. It also applies to government buildings in Charlotte & Mathews.
The towns of Pineville, Mint Hill, Huntersville, Cornelius, & Davidson did not sign on to the order.
