I understand from the HOA that they are finally planning on having elections in Jan. 2018 for the first time in over 2 full years.
This is good since there will not actually be a legal elected board member serving after the 31st of Dec. 2017. The last legal election was in November 2015.
Hopefully the new board will get things turned around and things like minutes and annual elections will start happening again. Some of the basics that make the organization legal. |

I have nominated Ruth Tansill to run for the board. I think she would do a great job and as many of you know she works non stop to bring unique and fun events to Madison Park.
Examples Luminaries, Patriotic flags for the 4th, Earth Day event (shredding and Good Will donations), Food Truck Halloween Event and more. Many of the resident of Madison Park have supported her through the gofundme pages for her events.
