I attended a Scheduled Waste Management Advisory Board Meeting today. It was mentioned that the reason the YW and all the Christmas Trees were not picked up last week was due to the snow. YW was suspended by the city and those trucks help catch up recycling and trash pick ups.
It should be back on track with a one day delay all week today. The delay this week was due to MLK Day.
MLK is one of 3 days Waste Management Collections celebrate the Holiday by not working. The other 2 are Thanksgiving and Christmas.
