If you don't have or don't wish to show a ID to vote on March 15, 2016 request an absentee ballot and vote from home or wherever.

Anyone can request an absentee ballot.

If you have trouble getting around it is much easier to request that absentee ballot to be sent to your home than messing with curb side voting.

ID Required in 2016 to VOTE in person. 

If you show up without an ID you will only be able to vote provisional or aka paper ballot.   You still have to show up at the BOE in person with your ID for that ballot to be counted in most cases.  If you vote at home no ID required.   So make it easy and just request that absentee ballot.
