Staff is settling in to our new office space on Suttle Avenue, and we are looking forward to better serving you in our new facility.
As a reminder, the mechanical and plumbing consistency meetings that would normally be held this week are canceled. These are our upcoming consistency meetings:
- Residential building, 8 a.m., Jan. 6
- Commercial building, 9 a.m., Jan. 6
- Electrical, 8 a.m., Jan. 13
- Mechanical, 8 a.m., Jan. 26
- Plumbing, 8 a.m., Jan. 27
All consistency meetings will be held on the fourth floor of our new offices, 2145 Suttle Avenue, in the Pine-Fraser Fir Conference Rooms.
On January 6th, Building Code Administrator Jeff Vernon and Mega-Multifamily Inspections Manager Andy Herring will also conduct a two-hour training entitled "Constructability and Continuity of Fire-Preventative Construction", from 10 a.m. to noon, immediately following the building consistency meetings, in the Pine-Fraser Fir Conference Rooms. All contractors and design professionals with an interest are welcome to attend.
