Remember if you have trouble getting to your correct precinct on election day
you can vote by absentee. Deadline to request ballot is 5 PM Tuesday 10/28/14.
You can also vote at one of the early voting sites through Saturday 11/1/14. Marion Diehl on Tyvola Road is the nearest site to Madison Park. They also offer curb side voting for those that can't make it inside the early voting site. Visit Mecklenburg Board of Elections for a complete list of early voting sites and their hours.
Madison Park Residents are assigned to either Pinewood Elementary or Wedgewood Church. You can visit the Mecklenburg Board of Elections web site to ensure which precinct is correct for you. We have lots of new neighbors in Madison Park. If you moved from within Mecklenburg County more than 30 days ago, and are already registered to vote in this county the precinct staff will be able to transfer you into your new correct precinct. If you moved less than 30 days ago vote at old precinct, use absentee voting, or use early voting.
Remember you had to be registered to vote by 10/10/14 for the 11/4/14 Primary.
