The City of Charlotte’s Safe Home and Lead Safe program is soliciting General contractors, Lead Based Paint Abatement contractors and skilled trades’ contractors to bid on various single family housing repair and rehabilitation projects. Eligible contractors must be approved with the Safe Home and/or Lead Safe Charlotte Programs.
