Madison Park

-To be eligible to run for a board position, you must be a Homeowner residing within the boundaries of Madison Park and be current with HOA annual dues ($20 per year).

-Positions on the ballot are:

Vice President - serves 1 year term with eligibility to run for a consecutive 1 year term.  

Secretary - Serves 1 year term with eligibility to run for a consecutive 1 year term.  Incumbent - Margaret Sexton

Treasurer - Serves 1 year term with eligibility to run for a consecutive 1 year term.  Incumbent - Mitch Jackson

Director (3 open positions) - serves 2-year term with option for a consecutive 2-year term (max)

Note: President role will become open for 2015 as President Delby has completed her 1-year term.  Douglas Welton, current HOA Vice President, has volunteered to fill the role.  Per bylaws, the President role must be filled from the current board and is not eligible for community vote therefore the board will vote at the November HOA meeting to officially approve Douglas taking the position.  President role is a 1 year term with eligibility to run for a consecutive 1 year term.

-The Nomination Review Committee consists of:  Martin Doss, Valerie Delby and Sam Perkins.  The committee will review each nomination for consistency with bylaws and make recommendations to the HOA Board.

We welcome all interested parties to participate!  

If being on the board is not something you wish to do at this time but would like to be involved in the community there are several Project Lead roles available for 2015.  Feel free to reach out via the email listed above and we will be happy to discuss the options!  This is also a great way for Renters to participate so don’t be shy in contacting us…we would love to have you part of the team!
