Mine is higher than the 2011 rate in the notice of value letter that came today.
I thought according to the map we were not to be checked until Sept. 2014. The tool still shows that to be the case when I checked today.
Guess they got to some of us earlier.
Houses are selling now even above the 2011 value, and this current new adjusted rate so guess not much one can do.
