Madison Central Park Trash Can
For many months after we put in the Park we had residents complain there was no trash can. Finally after a resident collected money without telling the HOA prior we did install a can. This was done against CMS desires. The main rule is we had to take complete care of the can, and buy the bags. The HOA has purchased bags for more than a year. We had residents promise to help keep the can empty, before the install. The first 7 months the Means took 100% responsibility for keeping it empty. We keep extra bags in the drum can on hooks. There is a dumpster behind the school. Not one person helped empty the can, even though people said they would help. After the Means moved I took on the job for the last 5 months as President, because it needed to be done. Today is the last day I will be emptying the can on a regular basis. If someone does not step up and start helping empty the can it will simply have to go. If you want to help keep the can empty then let us know at Madisonparkhoa@hotmail.com. If is is not emptied every week it becomes really to heavy to carry around to the back of the school across the park on foot. We can keep the bags stocked up, we just will not be playing trash man without some help. If you really want the can then please help keep it empty.
