We are going to move forward with the Pinewood Freedom School for the summer of 2014. We will be applying for a City of Charlotte Matching Grant to help pay the 60K.
Both of the above churches are Pinewood Partners. We would like to know how many people living in the community are connected to these two churches since part of our match witll come from donations from the churches to the Freedom School effort.
You will not be asked to do anything special, although we will be asking for volunteers on the Freedom School from the community if you want to help. We just would like to know the information to include in our application.
