I think the one thing that sort of jumps out from what I have been told, and see is these incidents are happening in our backyards, and rear side of our homes. Most of the time day hours. So be alert to any strangers going in rear drives, walking between houses etc. Meet your neighbors so you know when they are home, and what kind of vehicles they drive. Watch out for each other. When out walking pets or just walking or even driving be aware of things that look out of place.
If something looks wrong just Call 911 and lets run this activity our or our neighborhood! No need to have police follow up with you unless you want them to do it.
Our eyes are better than the police because we know who belongs for the most part in our community.
If you didn't put on the Madison Park logo on your rear windows of your vehicled please do it. This helps CMPD patrol our area better. If you don't have one you can pick one up at a future HOA meeting. New Residents receive them in their Welcome package.
