Mecklenburg County Youth  Scholarship Golf Classic

The Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department's inaugural Mecklenburg County Youth Scholarship Golf Classic will be held at Renaissance Park Golf Course on Monday, September 9, 2013 to benefit disadvantaged youth in our community. Our Youth Scholarship program is a year-round effort that last year enabled us to provide 11,323 youth with the opportunity to participate in County recreational programs such as baseball, basketball, track and field, soccer, flag football, tennis, and of course - golf, at a free or reduced cost.

Join us in our effort to raise $10,000 for the inaugural 2013 Mecklenburg County Youth Scholarship Golf Classic. Whether you play in the tournament, become a sponsoring partner, or simply make a donation, your involvement in this memorable event will have an immediate impact.
