I've had the pressure test done on new ducts and the man says they're tight as a drum. It's fairly dry outside today, but still 97% relative humidity under the house. I'm going to investigate the Atmox controlled ventilation system. It's a Charlotte company -- right over there on Providence Road -- and what they do makes a lot of sense to me. Computer controlled fans only operate when the air outside is drier than the air inside. I'll post again when I know more.
