The Madison Park Homeowner’s Association will once again produce the largest National Night Out Street Party event in the Charlotte area for our neighborhood residents, and their invited guest on Tuesday 8/6/13.

Fairbanks Road will shut down at Noon between Wedgewood Drive and Valley Forge to prepare for a 6 PM opening.  The event runs until 9 PM.  Drivers that wish to avoid the event when traveling South of Tyvola should use Londonderry Road or Farmbrook Drive.   Please be extra cautious of all the pedestrian traffic in the area.  Residents are encouraged to use only the Wedgewood Drive cross walk if crossing Tyvola on foot.

Attendees will find attractions that appeal to all ages that include some you can get wet on again this year.     There will be a mix of food at the event including both free food while it last, and some that will be sold this year.

Entertainment is provided by the Wedgewood Artistic Café.  Expect a variety of acts at the Wedgewood Drive intersection entrance.   Bring a chair or a blanket and enjoy the performers under the shaded intersection.    Please consider tipping our entertainers.
