Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation Department is YOUR department. This Get Going Guide will help YOU visit and enjoy our many facilities and programs. Walk or ride a bike on our greenways.

Come to a nature preserve and see the wildlife. Try a sport or activity you've never done before. Take your children to a recreation center. Our slogan "the natural place to be" means the natural place for YOU to be.
