Director Valerie Delby will assume the roll of HOA Treasurer replacing Lisa Roberts starting next week. Lisa Roberts resigned stating she did not have time to devote to the position. She also did not wish to go to our PO BOX to pick up checks for safety reason. Lisa will provide us with the next meetings treasurer report.
Valerie elected as a director for a 2 year term in 2013, will remain as our Directer, but will have the new title of Director//Treasurer.
Director terms are 2 years and Officers are 1 year terms.
