Dues are only $20 for the entire year per household.

We still have one case of our HOA / Neighborhood T-shirts. If you would like one with payment of your dues let us know by writing the size desired across the top of the application, or on your check. If you pay using pay pal either use the note section to request the shirt or send an e-mail to Madisonparkhoa@hotmail.com with size and address.
We still have all sizes small to XXLarge. However some sizes are now less than 10. If we don't have your size at the time you become a member we will give you the next size above.
