Madison Park

I heard on the news that Madison Park residents were going to be able to get decals for their cars to identify who lives in our area due to break ins..How are we able to get these? Thanks

They will be coming to your mail boxes.  Every household will get two, and if you need more you can contact us, or come by an HOA meeting and pick up more.   They are window clings and go on the inside of the back window.   If you have real dark tent you will need to use the front window.

This was a CMPD Westover joint project with the Madison Park Hoa done through a Neighborhood Matching Grant with the City of Charlotte. 

The reason is to help CMPD officers as they patrol our neighborhood streets spot cars that might not belong in our driveways.  When they fail to see a decal they will take a closer look during the day. 

Daytime was when we were having most of our break ins a while back.  It will allow them to be more productive and help keep our community safer.

Project as taken 13 months to get to the point of distributing.
