President's Day Collection Schedule

 

Solid Waste Services will collect garbage, recyclables, yard waste and bulky items according to the normal schedule on President's Day, Monday, February 18.

Is Your Cart in Need of Repair?

Cart Repair

 

Has a wheel fallen off your rollout cart? Is the lid damaged or broken? If your cart needs to be repaired or replaced, Solid Waste Services will take care of it for you.

Simply submit a cart repair or replacement request by calling 311 (704.336.7600). Please be prepared to provide the following information:

  • Name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Type of cart needing repair or replacement
  • Nature of problem (i.e., lid missing, handle broken, etc.)

In order to receive cart repair services, the rollout cart must be at curbside for service beginning the day the service request is made.  Please allow up to two business days for cart repair or replacement.
