All our grant materials are ready for the printer. Once we get everything back and the vendor paid we will select a day in Jan. to meet up and assemble the mailing. When we pick a date we will share the day and ask for volunteers to confirm they are coming. The volunteer hours for this project will count at 20.85 an hour. So the volunteer hours are extra important toward our project.
Since the Holidays are so busy we will hold off until Jan. 2013 to do the mailing.
