I wanted to get your initial reaction to Wedgewood providing a yard sale for Madison Park. We've checked with the city about a permit and we would be willing to pay all costs and provide 25 tables. We would have to know the names of the people using each table before the event to meet permit requirements. You would determine if proceeds go to Association or each person/family.
Here are our goals for the event:
1) Be a good neighbor and say thank you to the Madison Park Association
2) Meet and greet people, provide info about Wedgewood, and tours of facilities if desired (art gallery, sanctuary, fellowship hall)
3) Do a bake sale - optional - the money we would make on this would be minimal - we would rather association have its own bake sale if that's something you would want to do - we just have a lot of good bakers and if you don't do a bake sale we will.
