Madison Park

The HOA will have

a Grape Ade drink in our drink tanks, and a tropical punch for Free on both ends of the venue.  

We will also have Jarritos sodas from Mexico for free on both ends of the venue at the HOA tents.    These are being donated to us from Rent@meUSA one of our amusements companies.

We will also have Can Coke products at both HOA tents for just $1.00 each your choice of Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite.  

There will also be water at some of the sponsor booths.  Check with them on details and if there is a charge. Topper's is collecting for a charity.   

The Hot Dog vendor located near the Valley Forge Entrance will have the HOA free hot dogs, and will also have real fresh squeezed lemonade for $3 dollars. 

There will be select free drinks at the event, so you don't have to buy a drink.  There are free options. 

Watermelon, Hotdogs, Pizza from Toppers, Pizza from Al's, & Ice Cream will be free.  Pop corn will be free this year.  Sausam Bakery plans to have a food item for free. 

If there are any Watermelons left over you can purchase one for $5 bucks.   Just check with us at the end of the event.

There will be lots of free things from our sponsors this year.   Target has goodies for everyone, and Long's Drugs will be handing out things.    That said expect free things from many sponsors.  Stop by all of our 15 sponsors to Thank them for supporting our community.

There will be a energy drink on hand for those 18 and up.

If you plan to join the HOA bring a check for $20 made payable to Madison Park HOA. You can pick up a T-shirt on the spot while they last.   If your not on our e-mail list sign up a the HOA tent. We don't sale or share our list.  That way you know what is going on and will always get our monthly minutes even if you miss the meeting. 

If you don't wish to join the HOA your tips or donations to cover the HOA expenses are appreciated.  There will be jars at each HOA tent.

This even runs thousands to produce each year. 

Remember to tip our entertainers.  All of them are donating their time to our neighborhood this year. 

If you like to purchase a can COKE  bring dollars.  Not having to make a lot of change will be appreciated, and speeds the process up for everyone.  Our hotdog vendor has sold the sodas in the past, but will only have the hotdogs and his lemonade this year.

Sponsor Notice:

Sutton House has withdrawn from being a sponsor as of this weekend due to staffing issues.  All the other sponsors we expect to be on hand and set up for the event. 

WE have 4 water atttractions schedule for this evening.  Based on the weather they might all be water attractions!  :)  Pray for a break in the rain this evening! 

Hope to see everyone out this evening.  Remember our surrounding neighborhoods are Welcome to attend tonight.  I know last year I heard from a few Montclaire residents they didn't think they were invited last year.  That was not true.  We have invited you guys every year, and your more than Welcome to join us tonight.

Jarritos "Mexican Soda" is being moved to the Sharon United Methodist Church booth.   Still free just a new location.   Thanks to Sharon United Methodist Church for taking on that item.

Wedgewood Church will have the free Watermelon tonight.

Providence Road Church of Christ will have the Free Ice Cream

Chocolate, Cookies and Cream, Vanillia, and Rainbow Sherbet

Be sure to stop by their booths for these items.

If you would like to join the HOA you can pick up applications, or pay dues at those tents.  $20 dollars for the calendar year.

Also check out the petition drive to try and get CDOT to make improvements to the intersection of Seneca Place & Wedgewood Drive.    This is the intersection nearest to Madsion Central Park.    If you would like to see improvements sign the petition list.
