We seem to have several facebook pages floating around with the name of Madison Park or some version of it. The Madison Park HOA only has this web site and our Madisonparkhoa@hotmail.come-mail that we answer questions officially from. There is NO OFFICIAL Madison Park facebook page.
We do not monitor the facebook pages that were created by individual groups, or individuals using our neighborhoods name.
If you choose to post questions on the facebook pages the answers you see in response might or might not be coming from the HOA. The HOA officers are not even reading these post to respond.
If you have something important you would like to ask, or have concerns do it only through our hotmail address, or by posting on this discussion page, or bring it up in person at one of our monthly HOA meetings during open discussions.
You will see some of the information being the same from time to time where neighbors pick up something off our e-mails or web sites or minutes and post. I have even had some residents sending things to me asking me questions about, or answers regarding post. Some of these things that get posted we have discussed in meetings such as why we can't have signs saying no dogs or clean up after dogs at the Madison Central Park. Why there are no trash cans at the park. We agree there are needs, but we don't own the property and have to follow the direction of CMS on these things.
Madison Central Park created their facebook page when working on the Park Project.
The Mom's Group has their facebook page.
These are the only two groups that made the HOA aware they were setting up pages. Again even these two are not monitored by Madison Park HOA.
Again use whatever you like...but for official answers please use this web site, our HOA meetings, or send us an e-mail directly to Madisonparkhoa@hotmail.com Otherwise you might be getting misinformation.
