You have several ways to pay the $20 per household per year that is due if you live in our borders.
This money goes for donation to church for space use, grants, and operating expenses.
The money also goes for National Night Out which will be held this year on Tuesday 8/7/2012.
This event alone cost thousands to produce to the level our community is use to having each year now. Our event is the largest in Charlotte each year with hundreds of your neighbors attending. If you have never been mark your calendars and join in the fun this year. Yours dues along with sponsorships from area businesses help pay for the event each year. This event takes months to plan so we really need to know what we have to spend as early as possible so we can ink the contracts. That is the reason we are pushing dues paid as early as possible this year. Thanks to all of you (a record number) that prepaid your dues prior to the start of 2012. That was terrific and was much appreciated as we start to plan our budget.
Dues are always dues in Jan. but we will collect throughout the year those households that don't pay on time.

Please make sure your neighbors know about the HOA and the dues. A free neighborhood t-shirt comes with payment of dues. If you desire the t-shirt write on the check or on the application at the top the size you need. We currently still have all sizes but some sizes are very limited now in our inventory. If paying online use the note section to request a tee shirt. One will be delivered to your door if you live inside our boundaries.
Residents can join our web site for free by falling the instructions. This allows you to post on the site once you are approved under the discussions.

Communication and keeping everyone in the loop is the best way to keep everyone informed and safe against crimes in Madison Park.
We have hundreds of your neighbors on our e-mails list and we have more than 5000 visits on this web site every single month. During peak event months that number tops 7500.
Also if you know of any businesses, or work for someone that might be interested, or own your own business and wish to be part of our 2012 National Night Out now is the time to sign on. The reason all sponsors get to have an ad on our web site that rotates. We also make the community aware on our site and through our minutes of our sponsors. Last year we had the most paid members ever in Madison Park. If more people would get their dues in we could even upgrade what we do currently for NNO to something even larger!
