The Newsletter has been uploaded to our site. It is on our home page under pages.There are also instructions how you can sign up for the letter in the text of the CMPD newsletter. This letter along with CMPD crime stats from our community each month give you a great tool for knowing what is going on crime wise in our community. Please sign up for the letter and share the info with your neighbors. Together everyone working together we can continue to keep Madison Park a safe place to call home.
To get the Madison Park HOA meeting minutes with our crime stats send a request to add to Madisonparkhoa@hotmail.com. You can join for the free oru distribution list. We NEVER sell or share the list with anyone. The list is maintained and managed by only a couple of board members to keep the list private. We also post all our meeting minutes with the stats on line. To find the minutes click on upper right margin under the heading newsletters.

Don't forget to remove packages and any items a theif might want from your cars. Lock your doors. Also be sure to not display what you get for Christmas by putting the item boxes on the curb on trash day. Cut those boxes down and get them in your green roll carts. If you are going out of town stop your mail or get a neighbor to collect the mail and any newspapers for you. Inexpensive timers work great to turn on lights randomly.
