Madison Park

Please make an effort to pay your $20 dollars dues by the first of the year.  Dues are always owed by the first of Jan. each year.  Yes we do collect them throughout the year, but your prompt payment really helps us with planning for the year.   If we know what we have to work with fund wise it helps tremendously with planning events such as National Night Out.  That even takes many months to plan so please pay your dues as soon as possible and encourage your neighbors to pay their $20 dollars.   NNO size/fun is based soley in part on a combination of business supporters and HOA dues collected.   Many Thanks to everyone that has already sent in their 2012 dues.   Dues also go to pay rent to the church,  operational needs,  and used toward Neighborhood Matching Grant Projects.  In 2010 & again in 2011 we had a record number of resident paying their dues.   All paid members will be listed on our web site via street but not address!  Please support the HOA board and your HOA by paying your dues so we can continue to do our best for our community by making Madison Park a special place to call home.
