Hello! Just a reminder that you are invited to the school board candidate Community Forum this Monday, Oct. 17 at West Charlotte High School (2219 Senior Drive). Come out and hear where school board candidates stand on issues like budget cuts, closing the achievement gap and classroom diversity.
 
The event will be moderated by WBTV's Brigida Mack, with Bishop Terrell Murphy and Dorothy Watts on the panel with other community leaders. The Charlotte Area Association of Black Journalists and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. are hosting the forum.
