I will not have an exact date until I get the executed contract in hand and we meet with the hired contractor to determine when they will begin and at what location. November is an estimated time and residents will be notified accordingly. Post card mailers will be sent out prior to construction as it is our normal process. The assigned inspector for the project will also place notices in advance of construction to notify residents that may be impacted directly by construction. Thanks!
