Hopefully everyone is calling 1800 Poweron with the rash of recent power outages when you are involved in an outage.
Someone just shared this Duke Energy address for reporting.....maybe if enough people stay on top of pushing this issue Duke will attempt to get the transformers and whatever else is causing the problems in check. I know several people have complained to me.
Trees Duke probably can't really do much about outside of clear the lines, but it seems some of the recent problems are perhaps outside of just trees or limbs falling on the lines.
I think some of you are now at 6 or 7 outages in recent weeks.
