Madison Park HOA appreciates each of our paid 2011 HOA members. Our most current list is now published on our web site. Thanks to each of these paid members for paying $20.00 per household annual dues.Your payment allows us to operate and work on things for our entire community. We also THANK those of you that chose to give beyond the required amount this year. We even have some payments coming from friends of Madison Park outside of our boundary.

Remember you payment goes only toward making our community better and to pay expenses of operating including meeting space rental. None of the many board members and officers are paid for their work.

Your payment along with sponsors money allows us to produce the largest National Night Out event of any neighborhood in Charlotte. This years event is August 2, 2011 on Fairbanks Road from 6 to 9 PM.
If you can volunteer 1 hour or more for National Night Out please contact us at Madisonparkhoa@hotmail.com today. All our attraction must be monitored. We expect to have some staff from our sponsors to help with this need. We would like to have enough volunteers this year so that all our residents / volunteers can enjoy the event.
We need staff from 6 to 9 PM and from noon to 5 for set up.
