Community Meeting June 2, 2010 6:30 to 8:30 at St. Andrew's United Methodist Church Family LIfe Center at 1900 Emerywood Drive.

Developer wishes to introduce single family homes to the property.  Orginally site was approved for 851 townhomes and condominiums only.  Park Station now would like to build 91 single family homes in an area where townhomes were scheduled.

Set backs and buffers would remain the same.

I would certainly think having 91 single family homes is far preferred over 851 townhomes. In my opinion, we need to continue to push density out and away from town, towards the burbs. This is a much better solution. We have enough high density in this area.
