Dear Neighbors,

Tough economic times mean tough choices – how does our community make these decisions and what’s most important to protect? Our elected officials and leaders need help and guidance as our community makes tough choices!

That is where you come in.  Madison Park HOA is hosting a Get Real Discussion and wants you to be a part of it. During the workshop, our group will:

•           Look at the future of Charlotte-Mecklenburg

•           Find out more about our community’s economic and budget situation

•           Explore who does what in local government and how budgets are created

•           Talk about what values and priorities should guide budget decisions

•           Share ideas and options

•           Find out what one person can do to help

Join us for this important discussion.  OUR FEEDBACK will be collected by Crossroads Charlotte and given to city leaders and elected officials to guide them in their decisions about OUR COMMUNITY.

We are meeting at Wedgewood Baptist Church 4800 Wedgewood Drive (Charlotte, NC 28210) on Monday, February 28 at 7 p.m.

This workshop meeting is free to attend!  Please join us if you can.

What is a Get Real session?

In short, it’s a non-partisan, non-profit civic engagement effort for residents of Charlotte-Mecklenburg to help guide tough choices by community leaders in these tough times.
