The Charlotte Department of Transportation (CDOT) is conducting a study in response to requests by neighborhood representatives in the Park Road area. The study will assess current transportation problems, as well as identify future opportunities and needs along Park Road between Kenilworth Avenue and Woodlawn Road.

A public meeting notice has been posted to the homepage under Docs and Links. The notice provides meeting dates, along with the location (YWCA Central Carolinas, 3420 Park Road) of the first public meeting which will be held on March 3rd, from 6-8:00pm. The project website address: http://cdotprojects.charlottenc.gov is also provided at the bottom of the notice. This website will be used as a bulletin board to post project updates, meeting dates/times, documents, presentations, drawings etc, and can be used by the public to view updates and provide comments and feedback.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend these meetings to share their feedback and recommendations.
