Madison Park incident reports from 11/8/2010-1/9/2011
1300 block Montford Drive- Break and Entering
On November 16, 2010 between the hours of 12:15 PM and 1:15 PM, the residence located at 1321 Montford Drive was broken into. The unknown suspect(s) kicked in the door and stole computer equipment from the residence. There is no further information available at this time.
5000 block Prentice Place– Larceny
Victim #1 called into the Crime Reporting Unit to report that between 2300hrs on 11/18/10 and 2000hrs on 11/19/10 the suspect stole the listed items. The victim reported that this was done while visiting her home.
The suspect was known to the victim.
800 block Brockbank Rd.- Communicating Threats
The victim stated on 11/22/2010 between 1315hrs and 1413hrs at the listed address the suspect harassed the victim and communicated threats. The victim stated that the suspect called at least twenty times. The victim stated that the suspect stated "I am going to find you and kill you."
4000 block Currituck Dr.– Aggravated Assault Gun
The reporting person advised that while he was blowing leaves in the yard next to the suspect's residence, that the suspect came out side with a shot gun. The reporting person advised that the suspect stated for him to stay off his yard.
The suspect was arrested.
5000 block Murrayhill Rd- Breaking and Entering
On November 29, 2010 at approximately 8:37 PM, the victim advised that an unknown suspect(s) broke/entered the incident location at 5114 Murrayhill Road without authorization to and removed the listed items without authorization.
1300 block Seneca Place- Breaking and Entering
500 block Inwood Drive- Communicating Threats
The victim states that between 11/6/2010 at 1500 hrs and 12/6/2010 at 1500 hrs an unknown suspect has threatened her while she was at her rental property located at 500 block Inwood Dr. The victim states that the suspect told her "you will be dead by Christmas, your son will be dead by Christmas, you both will be dead by Christmas, I can see you, I can take you out if I wanted to." The victim states that she feels threatened by what the suspect told her.
5000 block Murrayhill Rd.- Breaking and Entering
On the 16Dec2010 at approximately 1821hrs the victim stated that an unknown suspect(s) forced entry into their house and removed the listed items.
700 block Seneca Place- Misdemeanor Breaking and Entering
On 17 December 2010 at approximately 0841 hours, the listed victim advised that the listed suspect entered her house, without permission, and refused to leave when requested.
It was later learned that the suspect was having a diabetic issue.
5000 Prentice Place- Breaking and Entering
On 17 December 2010 at approximately 0841 hours, the listed victim advised that the listed suspect entered her house, without permission, and refused to leave when requested.
The suspect was known by the victim.
5000 block Wedgewood Drive- Larceny
Mr. Peters reported that between 01/01/2011 at 0300 hrs and 01/01/2011 at 0305 hrs the unknown suspect(s) stole the listed property from his home on Wedgewood Dr.
Mr. Peters reported that the suspect removed his flag with the flag holder and stole the cement top from his bird bath during the reported time period. Mr. Peters reported no signs of an attempt to break into the home during the incident.
