Pay our dues on-line. Dues per household are just $20 dollars. Pay on line securely through Pay Pal. Dues on-line include $1.00 fee for Pay Pal. You will be charged $21 for the 2011 year.
You can also print and mail the application from our web site. Bring $20.00 dollars in person or send a check through the Mail to our P O BOX.
Remember all paid memberships will receive 1 Madison Park T-shirt. Shirt matches our Neighborhood Signs.
Madison Park appreciates those residents that choose to pay above the $20.00.
If you pay online send an e-mail to Madison Park HOA at madisonparkhoa@hotmail.com with your address and t-shirt size and we will drop your shirt off at your home if you live in our boundaries.
IF you mail in your application with a check for $20.00 we will bring you a t-shirt if you state the size.
T-shirts are also available for pick up with payment at each of our monthly HOA meetings.
WE currently still have all sizes small through xxl.
Your paid membership will help us with matching grant matches. This year we will most likely move forward with a grant to help create a park on the old pinewood school site. In 2010 our support went toward a grant to obtain our neighborhood signs. Your $20 dollars helps us bring neighborhood events such as National Night Out each August, Spring picnic, and Holiday Social. Money also goes to pay rent at the church, operating supplies, and anything else that the HOA votes to use our funds on that helps make Madison Park a great place to live!
All board members and officers donate their time to our community. There are no paid postions in the Madison Park HOA.
