Madison Park

Hello neighbors,

Just want to ask if anyone on the 'South side' of Madison Park is experiencing blasts of noise and muddled conversations coming through their entertainment systems?  Today is Dec. 9, 2010 and even before 8 AM this morning there were several loud blasts overpowering my speaker system and I realize it must be because of the newly installed 72 ft. tower a neighbor has put in his back yard..  I'm looking for answers at this point and I know of at least two others that have had similar invasion of privacy issues.  Thanks in advance for your comments!

Thanks for the quick response; what is the zba?.. and I hope they do something soon to resolve this issue.  Homeowners have the right of privacy and enjoyment of their air space.

Zoning Board Appeals.  I will post when I find out when the appeal takes place so that neighbors will know (especially the ones that have issues in the immediate area)!   I have left a voice mail and sent an e-mail attempting to find out for sure if an appeal was filed and if so when it will take place.
