To join the HOA send payment using the application on our home page or pay on-line using the link on our home page. All payments now are being credited to 2011 dues. You also will get our new Madison Park t shirt with your payment. Dues/Membership are only $20 for the the entire 2011 year per household. Your payment goes toward operating expenses, grant projects required match (example our new neighborhood signs), and pyas along with our sponsors for events such as holiday social, picnic, & National Night Out.
