The new look is part of a migration that allowed us to stabilize the sites and offer new features that will improve your online experience with the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. These improvements include:

· An improved search tool that helps you find information quicker
· A new platform that allows us to add service enhancements such as Smartphone applications, making the site more accessible and convenient.
