Effective March 24, 2010, the City is suspending the intake of new street lighting requests until the budget adoption process is complete for FY11.  

3/24/2010 5:23:20 P.M. Eastern Daylight Time, CDOT writes:

All projects that were started prior to today (even the ones that are six months old) are on hold
