Madison Park

Wish this new kind of development would come closer to Madison Park!  This project is pretty close though - looks very nice.

I am glad you posted this.  I missed the story.  I was just wondering what the status was on the new Scaleybark Library.  I almost stopped in to see if they had any news two weeks ago. 

There was three different companies with proposals at one time.  Then they all sort of fell through. 

We have mention of the library in the history of our minutes in 2007.   The branch manager came out to one of our HOA meetings and spoke about it.

All those projects should of been completed by now. 

This is good news that Crossland is moving forward with the project.  Will probably one day see something around the Tyvola Station.  I know when I attended a transit use meeting for the Tyvola Station it was said that the corner of Tyvola and Old Pineville Road can have development up to 10 stories high.
