Dues are only 20 dollars for the year per household! That is 20 dollars for the entire year.
Your 20 dollars goes to cover the cost of various functions we hold in our community. Pay rent to the church for use of their space for our monthly meetings. Our events are a great way to meet your neighbors, and the police that help protect our communities.
Madison Park Board and Officers work hard to maintain and improve the quality of life for everyone living in Madison Park improving all our property values. We work hard daily marketing our community as the Great Place it is to live!
This year based on if we have available funds we have the opportunity to move ahead with neighborhood identification signs. These signs are not cheap.
If all 2350 homes in Madison Park would make an effort to pay their dues we could have these new identification signs. We could also host extra special events that are unmatched by other Charlotte Communities. Last year our National Night Out Street Party was canceled in part due to lack of funds. We did have some offers of outside sponsorships but it came in to late. The NNOevents are always the best attended attracting more than 500 neighbors for the evening. We always receive great feedback from residents and city officials that attend our events be it our Picnic, National Night Out, or our Holiday Social.
None of the board members or officers of Madison Park are paid for the many hours they give each year helping to make our community a great place to live. We are all volunteers that own property, and live in Madison Park.

You can pay dues online today at http://www.neighborhoodlink.com/Madison_Park/pages/366226 using Pay Pal. No Pay Pal account is required to use this safe method of payment. There is a $1.00 processing charge if you choose this option. The processing charge is collected by Pay Pal for providing the Pay Pal option. Total on-line Pay Pal charge 21.00 for the year.
You can pay at any HOA monthly meeting. Meetings are the 2nd Monday of each Month at the Wedgewood Baptist Church corner of Wedgwood Drive and Tyvola Road. The meetings start promptly at 7:30 PM.

Thanks in advance in Helping Us Keep Madison Park a Great Place to Live for Everyone. You can always pay extra above the 20 dollars annual dues if you desire. From time to time residents choose to give a little extra. This is always appreciated and helps with those that perhaps just don't have the 20 dollars to spare. We understand money is tight, but it limits what we can do for the community if we don't collect dues.
Renters are Welcome to join and participate. Encourage your landlords to pay the 20 dollars. Dues are collected throughout the year and are due Jan. 1st of each year. Pay now and get the full benefit of your 20 dollars. You will more than get back your 20 dollars if you just participate in one event.
