Little more info.  Kirk said he closed out the housing case and did a field observance housing case!  That is the reason the one post on-line above says it is closed out.  It is not closed...just opened now as a housing complaint.  Those are the ones that either a government official or agency, or a petition form of 5 adults submit in order to have a top to ground inspection done of possible problems.
